Āhuatanga matua:

  • Awhe Pawera: Adjustable from 59°F-93°F (15°C-34°C).
  • Parenga Weranga maroke: Automatic power-off when the heating rod is out of water by 2.4 inches or more.
  • Parenga-nui-Pamahana: Stops heating and flashes an alarm if water temperature exceeds the set temperature by 3°F/3°C.
  • Intelligent Heating: Activates when water temperature is 1°F/1°C below the set temperature and stops upon reaching it.
  • Fahrenheit/Celsius Conversion: Easily switch between units by pressing the button for 5 seconds.
  • Mahi Mahara: Retains settings after a power outage.

2. Tatūnga me te Tāuta

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your AQQA Aquarium Heater. Please follow these guidelines carefully.

Turanga:

  • The heater must be completely immersed in water before being energized.
  • Ensure the heating rod is placed in an area with good water circulation to distribute heat evenly.
  • Avoid placing the heater directly in the substrate to prevent overheating or damage.
  • For optimal temperature accuracy, consider tilting the heating rod by approximately 30 degrees.

Tatūnga Tuatahi:

  1. Mount the heating element securely inside the aquarium using the provided suction cups, ensuring it is fully submerged.
  2. Attach the digital controller to the outside of the aquarium glass using its suction cups, ensuring the display is easily visible.
  3. Connect the heating element to the controller and then plug the controller into a power outlet.
  4. Allow the heater to acclimate to the water temperature for at least 15-20 minutes before setting the desired temperature.

3. Mahi

The AQQA Aquarium Heater features an intuitive digital controller for easy temperature management.

  • Press the 'SET' button once to enter temperature setting mode. The set temperature will flash.
  • Each subsequent press of the 'SET' button will increase the temperature by 1°F/1°C. The temperature range cycles from 59°F (15°C) to 93°F (34°C).
  • After selecting your desired temperature, stop pressing the button. The display will flash a few times and then return to showing the real-time water temperature. The new setting is saved automatically.

Fahrenheit/Celsius Conversion:

  • To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), press and hold the 'SET' button for approximately 5 seconds. The display will change units.

Rama Tohu:

  • A red whirl marquee light indicates that the heater is actively heating the water.
  • A green whirl marquee light indicates that the set temperature has been reached and heating has stopped.
  • If an error code occurs, the whirl marquee light will disappear.

4. Āhuatanga Haumaru

The AQQA Aquarium Heater is equipped with multiple safety features to protect your aquatic life and ensure product longevity.

Parenga Weranga maroke:

  • If the heating rod leaves the water surface by 2.4 inches or more, the heater will automatically power off.
  • The error code indicator light in the upper left corner of the display will appear red and flash.
  • Once the heating rod is fully re-immersed in water, the error code is automatically cleared, and the heater resumes normal operation.

Parenga-nui-Pamahana:

  • If the heater detects that the water temperature is 3°F/3°C higher than the set temperature, the current water temperature number will flash to indicate a high-temperature alarm.
  • Heating will stop until the water temperature drops to within 3°F/3°C of the set temperature, at which point it automatically returns to normal operation.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your aquarium heater.
