- Paatene Hiko / Weto: Located on the top surface, used to turn the speaker on or off.
- Pātene Mana Rōrahi (+/-): Large plus (+) and minus (-) symbols on the front mesh, used to adjust the volume.
- Pātene Purei/Tatari: A small button on the top surface, next to the power button, used for playback control.

Tatūnga
Te Whakataki i to Kai-korero
Before first use, fully charge your WONDERBOOM Play speaker. Connect a USB-C cable (not included) to the charging port at the bottom of the speaker and plug the other end into a USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
Te Hia/Weto
To turn the speaker on, press the Power On/Off button located on the top of the speaker. You will hear an audible tone. To turn it off, press the Power On/Off button again.
Tauira Nihokikorangi
- Turn on your WONDERBOOM Play speaker.
- The speaker will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking Bluetooth LED.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, or computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Select "WONDERBOOM Play" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone from the speaker, and the Bluetooth LED will glow solid.
Your speaker is now ready to play audio.

Mana Rōrahi
Adjust the volume by pressing the large plus (+) or minus (-) buttons on the front mesh of the speaker. Press (+) to increase volume and (-) to decrease volume.
Purei/Tatari
Press the small Play/Pause button on the top of the speaker once to play or pause the current audio track.
Double Up for Stereo Sound
You can pair two WONDERBOOM Play speakers together for an even bigger sound experience, or for true left and right stereo channels.

- Ensure both WONDERBOOM Play speakers are powered on and connected to your device.
- On one of the speakers, long-press the Play/Pause button for a few seconds until you hear a confirmation tone.
- The speakers will automatically connect to each other, providing a synchronized audio experience.
- To switch between doubled sound and true stereo (left/right channels), long-press the Play/Pause button again.
Portability and Wireless Range
The WONDERBOOM Play is designed for extreme portability. Use the integrated hand loop to easily carry or attach your speaker. It offers a reliable wireless range of up to 131 feet (40 meters), allowing you to enjoy your music freely.

Always ensure the USB-C charging port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water or dust.

Store your speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight, as this can affect battery life and overall performance.

To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in constant use. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% before storage.

- Check if the speaker's battery is low, as this can sometimes affect performance.
