  1. Timata / TAUTU: Press to turn the unit on or off, or to start/pause the exercise.
  2. MANUAL: Adjust speed in Manual (HR) mode.
  3. MOTO: Switch between preset automatic programs (P1, P2, P3).
  4. SPEED -/+: Adjust speed levels (1-12) in Manual (HR) mode.
  5. Aronga: Change the pedaling direction (forward/backward) in Manual (HR) mode.
  6. WHAKAARO: Toggle through real-time data metrics on the LED screen (Time, Distance, Speed, Count, Calories).

5.2 Exercise Modes

5.3 Starting an Exercise Session

  1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet placed securely on the pedals. Ensure your feet are centered and stable.
  2. Pehia te TITIAKI/TATA button on the control panel or remote control to power on the unit.

    • For Manual Mode: Use the MANUAL button, then adjust speed with TE tere +/- and direction with TE AROHA.
    • For Automatic Mode: Press the AUTO button to cycle through P1, P2, or P3.
  4. The pedals will begin to move. Adjust the speed as needed for your comfort and fitness level.
