2. Tatūnga
Proper setup is crucial for safe and optimal performance. Follow these steps to connect your Ampeak 2000W Inverter:
- Whakaritenga: Ensure your vehicle engine is off and the inverter's power switch is in the "OFF" position. Gather all necessary components, including the inverter, battery cables, and any tools required for secure connections.
- Hononga Pūhiko:
- Honoa te whero positive (+) cable to the whero positive (+) terminal on the inverter.
- Honoa te pango negative (-) cable to the pango negative (-) terminal on the inverter.
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure. The inverter cables feature anti-spark terminals and waterproof slipcovers for enhanced safety.
- Connect to 12V Battery:
- Honoa te tahi pito o te whero positive (+) cable to the whero positive (+) terminal of your 12V vehicle battery.
- Honoa te tahi pito o te pango negative (-) cable to the pango negative (-) terminal of your 12V vehicle battery.
- Double-check all connections for polarity and tightness to prevent sparks or damage.
- Mana Mamao (Kōwhiringa): If using the remote control, plug its cable into the designated "REMOTE" port on the inverter.

3. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
Once the inverter is securely connected to a 12V power source, you can begin operating it:
- Whakahiko: Flip the "ON/OFF" switch on the inverter to the "ON" position. If using the remote control, use the "ON" button on the remote.
- Aroturuki Whakaaturanga LED: The inverter features an LED display that shows its working status, including input voltage, putanga putangatage, and power consumption. This helps ensure devices receive optimal power.
- Tūhono Pūrere: Plug your 110V AC devices into the 3 AC outlets. You can also use the Dual 5V/3.1A USB ports for charging compatible USB devices.
- Putanga Hiko: The inverter provides 2000W continuous power and 4000W peak power. Ensure the total power consumption of your connected devices does not exceed the inverter's continuous power rating.
- Mahi Ataahua: The inverter operates quietly at 52 dB. The intelligent temperature-controlled fan will run when the internal temperature exceeds 122°F (50°C) to maintain optimal operating temperature.
- Weto Whakakore: When finished, turn off all connected devices, then switch the inverter's "ON/OFF" button to "OFF" (or use the remote control).

4. Tiaki
To ensure the longevity and reliable performance of your Ampeak 2000W Inverter, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Kia ma me te maroke: Regularly wipe down the inverter with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Ensure the inverter is kept in a dry environment, away from moisture and direct water exposure, especially given its waterproof cable features.
- Whakahau: Ensure the inverter's fan vents are clear of obstructions to allow for proper airflow and prevent overheating. The intelligent temperature-controlled fan is designed to activate when needed.
- Tirohanga taura: Periodically inspect the battery cables for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Replace damaged cables immediately to maintain safe operation.
- Rokiroki: When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the inverter from the battery and store it in a cool, dry place.
