4. Tatūnga me te Tāuta
Before installation, ensure the system is depressurized and drained. The pump should be installed in a horizontal position with the motor shaft horizontal.
- Whakapaia te Pae Tāuta: Ensure there is sufficient space around the pump for maintenance and ventilation.
- Whakapiki: Securely mount the pump to the piping system. The mounting height is 180 mm.
- Hononga Paipa: Connect the heating system pipes to the pump. The threaded connection diameter is 2" / 1 1/2". Ensure all connections are sealed properly using the provided gaskets.
- Hononga Hiko: A qualified electrician must perform the electrical wiring. Connect the pump to a suitable power supply (230V, 50Hz) according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding.
- Fill and Vent System: After installation, fill the heating system with water and thoroughly vent all air from the system, including the pump.
5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
The IBO OHI 32-60/180 pump features a 3-speed motor, allowing you to adjust its performance to your heating system's requirements.
- Whakahiko: Once the pump is installed and the system is filled and vented, switch on the main power supply to the pump.
- Tīpakohia te Tautuhinga Tere: The pump has a selector switch for three different speed levels. Choose the appropriate level based on your system's demand:
- Taumata 1: 46W power consumption, 22 l/min flow rate, 3 m delivery height. Suitable for lower heating demands.
- Taumata 2: 63W power consumption, 38 l/min flow rate, 5 m delivery height. A balanced setting for typical heating needs.
- Taumata 3: 93W power consumption, 55 l/min flow rate, 6 m delivery height. For maximum heating performance.
- Aroturuki: Periodically check the system pressure and pump operation to ensure optimal performance.
