The dehumidifier features a control panel, ambient light, splash guard, plastic foot, water tank, air intake, unit handle, and water tank handle.

  1. Wewete ana: Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Ensure all components are present and inspect for any damage.
  2. Turanga: Place the dehumidifier on a level surface in an enclosed area. For optimal efficiency, keep doors, windows, and other outside entrances to the room closed. Ensure the dehumidifier is at least 17.7 inches (45 cm) away from other objects (e.g., curtains or furniture) that may restrict airflow from the back or through the air vents of the unit.

The TENKER Dehumidifier offers two modes of operation and customizable lighting.

The control panel features three main buttons: Power, Sleep Mode, and Light Control.

  • Aratau Moe: Press to turn on or off the sleep mode. When sleep mode is selected, the unit operates with low speed and low dehumidification efficiency. The sleep mode indicator light is on, and other indicator lights are off. This mode ensures quiet operation (less than 30 dB) for undisturbed sleep or study.
  • Mana Maama: The startup ambient light is turned on by default, with a 7-color cycle display (red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple). To display a fixed color, press the light button while the desired color is displayed. Press the light button again to turn off the lights. This feature can also be used as a soft night light to create a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

Automatic Shut-off Protection

The dehumidifier has an intelligent auto shut-off function to prevent water leakage or overflow when the tank is full. When the tank is full, the red light will flash to remind you to empty the tank. Its auto shut-off feature makes it safe for you to use even when you are away from home.

The condensed water can be collected directly into the water tank. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier will automatically shut off, and the red ambient light indicator will flash followed by a beeping sound.

WARNING: Always drain and discard water collected from the dehumidifier. The water is not clean and cannot be used for drinking.

IMPORTANT: Do not move the dehumidifier when the water tank is full as it may be heavy and can cause water spillage.

  1. Locate the water tank at the back of the dehumidifier.
  2. Gently pull the water tank out using the handle.

  4. Replace the empty water tank back into the unit, ensuring it is properly positioned.

If your dehumidifier is not operating as expected, consider the following common issues:

  • Haruru rereke: Verify the unit is placed on a stable, level surface. Check for any obstructions in the air vents.
