Follow these steps to set up your Poly Studio X32 Video Bar.
3.1 Whakapiki i te Pūrere
The Poly Studio X32 can be mounted above or below a display using the included display mounting clamp, or placed on a tabletop.
- Whakaatu Whakapiki: Attach the display mounting clamp to the back of the video bar, then secure it to the top or bottom edge of your display. Ensure the clamp is stable and the video bar is level.
- Turanga Ripanga: Place the video bar on a flat, stable surface, ensuring it is positioned centrally in the meeting space for optimal camera coverage.

3.2 Hononga taura
Connect the necessary cables to the rear ports of the Poly Studio X32.
- Mana: Connect an Ethernet cable from a Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector or a PoE-enabled network switch to the Ethernet port on the video bar. This device requires PoE for power.
- Whakaatu: Connect one end of the HDMI cable to an HDMI output port on the video bar and the other end to an HDMI input port on your display.
- Whatunga: If not using PoE for network connectivity, connect an Ethernet cable from your network to the Ethernet port on the video bar.
- Apatoko Kōwhiringa: Connect any optional USB accessories (e.g., Poly Studio E360 camera) to the available USB ports.

- On the connected display, select the scheduled meeting from the calendar interface.
- Press the "Join" button to enter the meeting.
- Alternatively, you can manually enter meeting IDs or dial-in information as prompted by the application.

5. Tiaki
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Poly Studio X32.
- Te horoi: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays directly on the unit. For the camera lens, use a lens cleaning cloth.
- Whakahōu Pūmanawa: Periodically check for and install software updates through the device's administrative interface or Poly Lens. Updates often include performance improvements and new features.
- Nga Tikanga Taiao: Ensure the device is operated within recommended temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.
