3. Submerge the slightly inflated tube in a basin of water to check for any air leaks. If bubbles appear, indicating a leak, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support. Over-inflating an empty tube (more than 5 PSI) can cause irreversible damage.
4. Ensure the inside of your bicycle tire is free from any sharp objects or debris that could puncture the new tube.

2. Gently guide the inner tube into the wheel hub, ensuring it sits evenly around the rim.

4. If the outer tire is difficult to mount, you may use tire levers. Exercise extreme caution to avoid pinching or damaging the inner tube with the tire lever.
5. Once the outer tire is fully seated on the rim, you can begin to inflate the inner tube to the recommended pressure for your tire.

To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your CYCLAMI TPU Inner Tube, regular maintenance is recommended:

• Regular Pressure Checks: Check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain the pressure within the range recommended by your tire manufacturer.

  • This indicates over-inflation of the tube when not inside the tire. This is irreversible damage. Replace the tube.
