1. Kupu Whakataki
This instruction manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Lionelo Ellen 3-in-1 Travel Cot. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.
The Lionelo Ellen 3-in-1 functions as a co-sleeper, a standard baby cot, and a portable travel cot, designed for children from birth up to 36 months (maximum 15 kg).

2. Waenga Hua
Before assembly, verify that all components are present and undamaged. The package includes:

- Mattress (Polyurethane foam T25, 2 cm thick)
- Peeke Kawemai
- Attachment Straps (for co-sleeper function)
- Wheels with Brakes (2 units)

3. Nga Tohutohu Huihuinga
3.1. Unfolding the Cot
- Remove the cot from the transport bag.
- Stand the cot upright and pull the short sides upwards until they lock into place.
- Push down the center of the cot base until it lies flat and locks.
- Ensure all four corners are fully extended and locked.

3.2. Installing the Mattress
Place the provided mattress inside the cot. The cot offers two mattress height levels:
- Upper Level: For newborns up to 9 kg. This level reduces bending for parents during care.
- Lower Level: For older children up to 15 kg. This provides a deeper, safer space for active toddlers.
To adjust the mattress height, follow the specific instructions for your model to reposition the mattress support base.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
4.1. Co-Sleeper Function
The Lionelo Ellen cot can be used as a co-sleeper, allowing your child to sleep safely next to the parent's bed. To activate this function:
- Lower one side of the cot by disengaging the side locking mechanism.
- Position the cot next to the adult bed, ensuring there is no gap between the cot and the bed.
- Securely attach the cot to the adult bed using the provided attachment straps. Follow the strap instructions carefully to ensure a tight and safe connection.

4.2. Side Entry
For older children, the cot features a zippered side entry, allowing them to independently enter and exit the cot. Ensure the zipper is fully closed when the child is sleeping or unattended.

4.3. Te nekeneke
The cot is equipped with two wheels with brakes for easy movement. To move the cot, release the brakes. To secure the cot in place, engage the brakes on both wheels.

5. Tiaki me te Tiaki
5.1. Te horoi
- papanga: The main fabric (Polyester Oxford 300D) can be cleaned with a damp kakahu me te hopi ngawari. Kaua e whakamahi i ngā hopi horoi kaha, i ngā mea horoi rānei e whakakoi ana.

When not in use, fold the cot compactly and store it in the provided transport bag in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Te Raru
- Cot does not lock into place during assembly: Ensure the short sides are pulled up completely before pushing down the center base. Sometimes, the side rails need to be fully extended and locked first.
- Wheels are not moving freely: Check if the brakes are engaged. Clean any debris from the wheel mechanisms.
- Cot feels unstable: Verify that all locking mechanisms on the frame and sides are fully engaged. Do not use if any part is damaged.
