5.1 Te Hiko / Weto me te Kōwhiringa Aratau

  1. Whakahiko: Patohia te mana hiko ( symbol) once to turn on the flashlight.
  2. Huri Aratau: While the flashlight is on, short press the power button to cycle through the modes: High → Medium → Low → Strobe → SOS.
  3. Weto Whakakore:
    • If the flashlight has been on for more than 8 seconds, press the power button once to turn it off.
    • Alternatively, long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off from any mode.

5.2 Te Huri i te Mahana Tae

While the flashlight is on, short press the color temperature button (🌡️ symbol) to switch between white light and warm light. The flashlight will remember the last selected color temperature.

5.3 Arotahi Whakarite (Mahi Whakanui)

To adjust the beam focus, gently slide the head of the flashlight forward or backward. Sliding it forward narrows the beam into a spotlight for long-distance illumination, while sliding it backward widens the beam into a floodlight for broader area coverage.

6. Te utu

6.1 Te Tikanga Whakatau

To charge the flashlight, locate the USB-C charging port, usually covered by a rubber flap for water resistance. Open the flap and insert the USB-C cable. Connect the other end of the cable to a standard USB power source (5V/1A recommended).

6.2 Tohu Pohiko

The four blue LED indicators above the control buttons show the battery charge level:

  • 1 LED: 0-25% charge
  • 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
  • 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
  • 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge

During charging, the LEDs will flash to indicate progress. All four LEDs will remain solid when the battery is fully charged.
