This kit features 17 different XT60 adapter cables and two types of Z30 hubs, one with a real-time monitoring display, ensuring compatibility and efficient power management.

The U20 Universal Cable Kit includes a comprehensive set of cables and hubs, all organized within a durable accessory pouch.

  • 17 XT60-F Adapter Cables: 16 cables are 500mm (19.7in) long, and 1 cable is 2000mm (78.7in) long. 3. Nga Tohutohu Haumaru

  • Always ensure proper polarity when connecting cables to avoid damage to devices or the cable kit.
  • Do not exceed the maximum current or voltage ratings of any cable or hub.
  • Keep the cable kit dry and away from extreme temperatures unless specified for outdoor use with appropriate protection.
  • Inspect cables and connectors for any damage before each use. Do not use damaged components.
  • Store the kit in its accessory pouch to prevent tangling and damage.

4.2 Identifying Cables and Hubs

Refer to the labels on each cable and hub to match them with your specific device requirements. The kit includes a variety of connectors for different applications.

5.1 Connecting to a Power Station (Basic Hub)

To connect two power stations or a power station to another device using a Z30 Hub:

  1. Select the appropriate XT60-F adapter cable for your power station's input/output port.
  2. Connect one end of the adapter cable to the power station.
  3. Connect the other end of the adapter cable to the Z30 Hub.
  4. Connect a second adapter cable from the Z30 Hub to the target device (e.g., another power station).

5.2 Connecting with Z30 Monitor Hub (Monitoring Power Flow)

For real-time monitoring of power flow between devices, use the Z30 Monitor Hub:

  1. Select the correct XT60-F adapter cable for your power source (e.g., battery, solar panel).
  2. Connect the adapter cable from the power source to one side of the Z30 Monitor Hub.
  3. Connect another adapter cable from the other side of the Z30 Monitor Hub to your power station or device.
  4. Observe the display on the Z30 Monitor Hub for real-time voltage, current, power, and energy statistics.

5.3 Solar Panel Connections

The kit includes MC4 adapter cables for connecting to solar panels:

  1. Connect the XT60-F to MC4 Adapter Cable to your solar panel's output.
  2. Connect the XT60-F end of the cable to the appropriate input port on your power station or Z30 Hub.

  • Z30 Monitor Hub: If using the monitor hub, check for any alarm codes (e.g., IOVA for overvoltage/overcurrent) that might indicate an issue.

8.2 Inaccurate Readings on Z30 Monitor Hub

  • Whakatikatika: If readings appear inaccurate, disconnect and reconnect the hub to reset it.
