They do not support 'Extended Desktop' mode, which would allow different content on each screen. For extended desktop functionality, your computer's video card must support individual outputs or you need a specific type of MST hub.
Screen flickering is often caused by insufficient power or poor cable quality. Ensure you have connected the provided USB power cable to a 5V 1A power adapter.
