-
How do I put my Cocoon camera into pairing mode?
To enter pairing mode, reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button for approximately 10 seconds until the camera chimes. After about 15 seconds, the LED indicator should start flashing (usually blue or red) to indicate it is ready to pair via the app.
-
Which app should I use for Cocoon security cameras?
For most smart wireless cameras, download the 'Cocoon Connect' app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. For DVR security systems, you may need the 'Cocoon HD' app as specified in your product manual.
-
My Cocoon camera will not connect to Wi-Fi.
Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as most Cocoon cameras do not support 5GHz networks. Also, check that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the setup process and that the camera is within good range of your router.
-
What should I do if I overfill my Cocoon bio-ethanol burner?
If the burner is overfilled, never ignite it. Remove the combustion chamber using the lifting handles, empty the excess fuel into a suitable container, and wipe off any spillage. Allow the residual fuel to evaporate for at least 1 hour before attempting to light it again.
